A female Mediterranean universe where there is profane and sacred love: love for Madonna, love for a woman, for a gazelle, for a bride, for a country.

The ancient popular Mediterranean traditions from Italy, Greece, Turkey, Iran, Israel, Palestine, Tunisia, Algeria and Spain are full of incredible lights, sounds, colours and rhythms. They are playing the same moods: sadness, joyful, melancholy, nostalgia, happiness in the same some makam: d minor.

This is the representation of the themselves roots. The Mediterranean is the home where some brothers live. They have different characters but they love each other and in particular they love their womens and respect their beauty.

The World Youth Orchestra, with some precious musicians under the lead and the conducting of Damiano Giuranna, want to continue to play this wonderful brotherhood.
